The Courtyard
Outside Rock Mill Centre, you’ll find a charming cobbled courtyard that’s available to hire. The space hosts our Incredible Edible planters, filled with herbs and seasonal plants for visitors to enjoy, and overlooked by the striking Lost Species mural by artist Shaun Azrak, a beautiful artwork celebrating biodiversity and creativity. The courtyard offers a relaxed, characterful setting that’s perfect for outdoor workshops, live music and community meetings.

The Living Rooms at Rock Mill Centre offer a warm, comfortable space for meetings, small gatherings, and creative sessions. Our Facilities
Toilets
Our facilities have been recently refurbished to improve accessibility, with support from High Peak Borough Council (HPBC) and Access High Peak. The toilet is open for public use during our regular opening hours, providing a comfortable and accessible space for everyone.
Kitchen
We have a small warming kitchen where we prepare and serve plant-based food for our monthly Supper Clubs. Hot drinks and water refills are always available during opening hours, creating a welcoming space to relax, chat, and enjoy good food together.
Reception
We have a welcoming reception space where you and your group can talk to our incredible volunteers, order a drink (our Rock Mill Roast is made by Peak Bean), pick up a map, leaflet or print from a local artist.
